The 2015 New Hampshire Oral Health Plan is a roadmap for accomplishing goals and objectives created through extraordinary collaboration among oral health leaders and advocates. It captures the unique, thoughtful perspective of over 100 subject matter experts, dedicated representatives of community-based organizations, diverse community members, and others with a stake in the health status of New Hampshire. The Plan embodies a set of principles and values which we share and support and will guide our work over the next five years to improved oral health for the people of New Hampshire and enhance the quality of life and opportunity for everyone.
