Medical-Dental Integration in YOUR Community
The NH Oral Health Coalition and their partners the NH Dental Society, the Monadnock Community Hospital, and Strafford County IDN 6 completed a series of Medical-Dental Lunch and Learn Webinars providing the opportunity for medical and dental providers, program, and clinical managers to Meet and Greet one another while exploring possibilities for collaboration and systems change to help support patients in receiving timely and effective medical /dental referrals in your community. The series was part of a “Doc to Doc” project funded by the NH Children’s Health Foundation.
Topics include oral health assessment and referral in the medical and community setting; new technologies that can be used outside the traditional office, and oral health/dental access for individuals and families with low income and resources.
